By signing up to MaximumHost you promise to abide by these MaximumHost laws (simple TOS):

  1. No Illegal use
  2. No Threatening Material
  3. No Fraudulent Content
  4. No Forgery or Impersonation
  5. No Unsolicited Content
  6. No Proxy Hosting
  7. No Copyright Infringements
  8. No Warez of ANY type!
  9. No Collection of Private Data (Unless DPA Registered)
  10. No Viruses
  11. No IRC Networks (Including all IRC Material)
  12. No Peer to Peer software 
  13. No Hate or Harassment sites
  14. No Phishing sites
  15. No Nulled scripts
  16. No Nazi forward organizations
  17. No Racism
  18. No Child pornography or gore
  19. No rapidleech or similar scripts unless for private use**
  20. No Illegal "black hat" hacking, and anything that may be deemed illegal by the U.S and Canadian government
  21. No custom programs are allowed. (sftp servers, irc servers, irc bots)
  22. I understand that i am responsible for all the accounts under my reseller and it is my duty to make sure they are complying with MaximumHost's TOS.
  23. I understand that although MaximumHost do not have a resource limit, i will NOT abuse or use all the servers resources.
  24. I understand that MaximumHost is not a data storage area
  25. I will abide by the AUP
  26. I understand MaximumHost reserve the right to suspend/terminate me at their sole discretion.

MaximumHost reserves the right to add, delete, or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

MaximumHost.net does offer a 7 day no hassle money back guarantee as long as you meet the following condtions:

  1. You are a FIRST time customer
  2. You request the refund before the 7 days are up
  3. You have used less than or equal to 5% of your bandwidth limit
  4. You have NOT used our service for spam and/or illegal activity
  5. You agree Dedicated Servers and Addons (such as Dedicated IPs, cPanel license) can not be refunded.



MaximumHost.net also offers an extra 7 days on the money back guarantee (14 days in total) if you meet the following conditions:

  1. You are a FIRST time customer
  2. You request the refund before the 7 days are up
  3. You have used less than or equal to 5% of your bandwidth limit
  4. You have NOT used our service for spam and/or illegal activity
  5. You have a VALID reason for cancelling
  6. You agree MaximumHost staff have the right to decline the request if they believe it is not a valid reason.
  7. You agree Dedicated Servers and Addons (such as Dedicated IPs, cPanel license) can not be refunded.
